Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as used products, personal care items, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos), and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
